Refund policy
FK Private Label exclusively serves the wholesale B2B market, providing "professional-only" private label skincare products. Due to the customized nature of our goods, all sales are final. Exceptions include returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges within 5 days under specific conditions:
1. If the received product differs from the order.
2. Defective products with photographic evidence.
3. Other cases evaluated individually.
Returns require unopened, unused, sellable items with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMA requests, applicable to orders under 14 days, must be made through customer service and use the provided return label. Non-defective returns may incur a 20% restocking fee. Items lacking a printed RMA won't qualify for a refund.
You have 48 hours from the time that your package is marked "delivered" by the postal service to submit damage requests, etc. We must receive full photos of each broken product for proof to file a claim as each package is insured. Do not discard the box or packing materials until we contact you for insurance requirements, as doing so will disqualify you from receiving remakes.
