Shipping policy

Our products are made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks processing for your first order with us. This processing time is extended due to the label approval process. Re-orders and samples usually take 1-2 weeks. For rush orders, please send us an email. However, please note a 25% order fee applies for expedited processing.

We do ship internationally and will only charge you the price that we are charged for shipping. Any other duty or taxes required are 100% the buyer's responsibility. Any additional costs incurred during shipment will be collected on delivery by the postal service. No exceptions.

You have 48 hours from the time that your package is marked "delivered" by the postal service to submit damage requests, etc. We must receive full photos of each broken product for proof to file a claim as each package is insured. Do not discard the box or packing materials until we contact you for insurance requirements, as doing so will disqualify you from receiving remakes.
